Rob joined the team for what was meant to be a short cover but ended up staying with us for a year! Rob was great at helping us build understanding of key areas in a 360 way, establishing a partnership with internal and external stakeholders, and translating those ideas into a clear roadmap. His partnership with the engineering team allowed us to deliver against the roadmap and level-up the experience to our members.

Working closely with the project team, Rob helped our service to scale impressively — from a few hosts at launch to over 450 active hosts across the UK. In the first six months, we facilitated over 600 visits for members of the public. Rob also helped us shape a commercialisation strategy, which we are currently testing with partners. We couldn't have achieved this level of success without his expertise and support.

Rob hit all the objectives with flying colours. We've already started using our new research and testing approach on client projects. Not only was he functional, but he was also a dream to work with. Rob peppers conversations with joy and knowledge in equal measurement. He was fantastic. If there's a client or an internal project that comes up in the future, where we can loop Rob in, we'll do it in a heartbeat.
